PLEASE NOTE: All reservations can only be made thru Nest 6.
75 Rooms have been reserved; 2 rooms will function as hospitality.

DATES: 5/28/09 (Thursday) thru 5/31/09 (Sunday)
Extra days will be available at extra fee ($70.00)

FEES: All Hotel rooms are set up as efficiencies.
$420 per room (sleeps 4-6)
$50 pp for Hospitality w/room reservation
$75 pp for Hospitality (rooming off site)
$30 pp for Hospitality (per day ~ must know ahead of time)

DEPOSITS:
A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 must be made to reserve room by the January Chamber meeting. Rooms are 1st come, 1st reserved ! Checks are to be made out to the Chamber.

Remainder monies (rooms & hospitality), must be paid in full by April's Chamber meeting.

PLEASE NOTE: Must be 21 years & older to participate !
